This role is key to ensuring the attraction of top talent and the continuous development of our teams. **Main Responsibilities:** Design and execute recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire selection process, from job postings to final interviews and offer negotiations. Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with company needs. Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring their effective integration. Handle tasks related to absenteeism management, occupational risk prevention (ORP), and other related functions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and development initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to identify talent and organizational development needs. **Desired Skills and Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, selection, and training. Knowledge of talent assessment tools and techniques. Advanced level of English (mandatory requirement). Advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with technological tools for talent management (ATS, training platforms, etc.).
