Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise functional and electrical tests on electrical panels, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and quality standards prior to customer delivery. **What Will You Do Daily?** You will join the **Quality and Environment Team** at our facilities in **Pinto (Madrid)**, with some of your responsibilities including: * Test Planning and Supervision: Coordinate resources and keep Planning informed of test progress. * Execution and Control: Perform functional and electrical tests on switchgear according to protocols and customer requirements. * Visual Inspection: Verify that switchgear complies with engineering specifications prior to final testing. * Documentation Management: Complete test protocols and documents, issue reports and certificates. * Technical Advisory: Guide testing personnel on applicable regulations and testing methods. * FAT Participation: Interact with customers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) sessions. * Continuous Improvement: Comply with and support implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, optimize processes and resources. **What Are We Looking For?** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). * Experience: At least 1 year in electrical testing and/or personnel coordination. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to electrical installations and panels. * Proficiency with testing tools (e.g., Megger, multimeter) and office software. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics. * Competencies: Autonomy, proactivity, organization, teamwork, stress tolerance, and results orientation. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Join a growing group with strong prospects, where people are placed at the center of decision-making. * Participation in high-impact organizational projects. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise. * Working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. **Are You Interested?** Apply directly—and if you know someone who fits, please share!
