At Serveo Industria, we are seeking an industrial maintenance technician who will provide services across various contracts according to operational needs. What are we looking for? The main responsibilities of this position are as follows: * Supervise and/or carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on data center installations such as electrical systems (high and low voltage, UPS, generators, lighting, etc.), air conditioning (chillers, pumps, AHUs, etc.). * Plan and perform direct communication tasks with subcontractors to organize scheduled or corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare maintenance reports. * Manage assistance for urgent corrective actions. * Provide support for additional projects.
