Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide essential technical and documentary support to Construction Supervision, ensuring traceability and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Management of reports, incident records, and documentary control. ### **Your Mission in the Project** Your primary objective will be to provide essential technical and documentary support to Construction Supervision, ensuring traceability, order, and proper communication among all involved parties. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide continuous technical and documentary support to construction supervision. * Support physical progress control and monitor various work fronts. * Consolidate reports, incident records, and track site observations. * Manage and support documentary control related to tests, approvals, and meeting minutes. * Support daily coordination with contractors and suppliers during the execution phase. * Maintain precise traceability of pending items and commitments assumed in the project. * Directly assist the Construction Supervisor during service closure and final report consolidation. ### **Profile and Essential Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of proven experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in construction monitoring, documentary control, supervision support, report preparation, progress control, and observation tracking—preferably in building, refurbishment, or retail sector projects. **Bonus Points (Desirable):** * Courses or training in: Construction monitoring, documentary control, quantity surveying, technical reporting, or project management. ### **Position Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Specific Service Contract. * **Project Duration:** 2.5 months.
