Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Controller to support SENER’s digital transformation, ensuring the quality and accessibility of documentation in engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. This area is highly relevant to us, as it constitutes one of the pillars of our digital transformation; our objective is to align document management with the ongoing digital transformation process, providing global, effective, and efficient support for the documentary needs of **SENER**’s processes and projects. **Main responsibilities include:** * Managing internal and external documentation existing within the project. * Ensuring documentation meets established quality controls. * Maintaining up-to-date records of project documentation. * Distributing documents to users who must work on them during the project. * Ensuring access to documentation for all external project users (clients, partners, suppliers, subcontractors). * Preparing reports on the status of project documentation. * Providing user support for SENER Engineering’s corporate document management system. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek candidates interested in temporary, international assignments. Candidates should have experience in engineering and/or construction projects using document management systems. University studies related to Documentation will be considered an asset. A B2 level of English is mandatory, as a large portion of our projects have an international scope.
