Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth operation of our packaging lines through effective maintenance strategies—both planned and unplanned. You will closely collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team, demonstrating flexibility to prioritize urgent tasks as they arise. Your role will also involve interacting with vendors—including machinery manufacturers and technical service providers—to optimize packaging line management. You will implement improvement projects aimed at reducing technical downtime and addressing obsolescence. Safety and ergonomics will be fundamental in your work, requiring collaboration with the HSE team to meet all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will lead new investment projects within the packaging area, ensuring compliance with quality standards and addressing any deviations or necessary corrective actions. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment where your expertise will drive operational excellence. **Who You Are:** * You have a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience with solid-dose compression packaging machinery, specifically with brands such as IMA, Uhlmann, and Marchesini. You have experience working in cleanroom environments. * You possess knowledge of GMP regulations. You have strong training in mechanics and electromechanics; accredited training is valued. * You are proficient in user-level applications such as Office, maintenance management software, and SAP. * You have working knowledge of English and Spanish to hold fluent conversations with equipment manufacturers’ technicians whenever needed. * You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical projects.
