Opportunity in our Operations team: we are seeking several Operations Agents. * Reception and dispatch of documentation related to AWB/air waybills. * Notification of arrivals, plus telephone and on-site assistance to freight agents, carriers, individuals, etc. * Data verification and entry into the Cargospot system; verification of authorized personnel within our system and RA database per the PNS; identification and confirmation of the security status of AWBs. * Notification of cargo arrivals and coordination with other departments and areas regarding cargo delivery or release. * Collaboration in detecting and reporting documentation or access-related incidents. * Maintenance of up-to-date physical and digital archives for all documentation processed at the counter.
