A leading company specializing in environmental services and integrated waste management is seeking to hire a **Logistics Technician** to manage and optimize transportation and collection operations, ensuring service efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The selected candidate will be responsible for route planning and monitoring, coordination of external transport providers, documentation management, and operational cost control, actively participating in incident resolution and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
**Main Responsibilities**

* Plan and monitor capillary collection routes across Catalonia using the company's own fleet.
* Manage the contracting and coordination of external transport providers (trailers and tankers).
* Prepare and review transport documentation, ADR documentation, and environmental documentation.
* Monitor operational costs and analyze route profitability.
* Validate delivery notes and supporting documentation to ensure accurate service invoicing.
* Manage operational incidents and coordinate their resolution with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Maintain fluent communication with all stakeholders involved in daily operations.
* Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding transport, safety, and the environment.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics and operational processes.

* **Fixed salary:** approximately €25k SBA \+ variable component based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and value contribution.
* Full-time schedule of **40 hours per week**, Monday to Friday, with approximate working hours of **09:00–18:00**.
REQUIREMENTS
* Education in Logistics, Transport, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Minimum of **2 years** of experience in logistics- or transport-related roles.
* Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially Excel.
* Experience using the **SDR** platform.
* Knowledge of **ADR** regulations.
* Familiarity with and ability to operate **CAE** platforms.
* Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
* Communication skills, teamwork abilities, and customer orientation.
* Capacity to resolve incidents and adapt to dynamic environments.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in waste management or environmental services companies.
* Advanced knowledge of route optimization and logistics cost control.
* Experience coordinating fleets and managing subcontracted transport services.
* Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to transport and waste management.
