Experience in order management, invoicing, and collections We are seeking an administrative professional for the logistics department within a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of point-of-sale solutions. Main responsibilities include managing purchase orders with suppliers, monitoring procurement activities, and controlling documentation. The role also involves invoicing, supporting accounting tasks, and tracking collections—including direct contact with customers regarding outstanding invoices. Additionally, the candidate will support the commercial department, coordinate with production and suppliers, manage document archiving, and handle incoming calls and emails. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Thursday: 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:15, with a 15-minute morning break. On Fridays, working hours are 07:00–15:15, including the break. This is a stable position to reinforce the team in Valdemoro. * Administrative, accounting, or similar education. * Training in Administration and Finance or equivalent experience is preferred. * Minimum recommended experience: 3 years in a similar administrative role. * Required experience in: Invoicing, Order Management, Collections Tracking, Supplier Communication, Administrative Support to Commercial Department, Coordination with Production or Logistics (ERP experience is desirable). **Experience in the following industries is preferred:** Graphic Arts Manufacturing Point-of-Sale Display (PLV) Industrial Environments
