Your responsibilities will include: \* Supporting the management and monitoring of quality and food safety systems. \* Controlling and reviewing production records, traceability, and quality documentation. \* Assisting in internal and external audits. \* Supporting the implementation and monitoring of standards and certifications (HACCP, IFS, BRC, or others). \* Managing documentation and updating internal procedures. \* Supporting hygiene good practices control at the plant. \* Tracking incidents and assisting in preparing quality reports. \* Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
