Instrumentation Supervisor – Zierbena (Bizkaia) **Main Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of field instrumentation installation and assembly activities, ensuring compliance with established **safety, quality, schedule, and cost** standards. Key responsibilities include: * **Field work planning:** defining instrumentation installation and wiring strategies, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and economic efficiency standards. * **On-site supervision** of work performed by instrumentation contractors, verifying correct execution according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * **Coordination with the quality team** to ensure proper calibration, installation, and documentation of instruments. * **Coordination of activities with other trades** (civil, scaffolding, insulation, electrical, and E\&I) to optimize scheduling and prevent interference. * **Cost management:** control of work reports, validation of change orders, and monitoring of budget deviations. * **Ability to interpret schedules** developed with Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule. * **Field work tracking** to ensure adherence to deadlines and required quality standards. * **Work permit management**, coordinating with the Client and other disciplines to ensure safety during instrumentation activities. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in instrumentation supervision** in industrial environments (petrochemical, oil \& gas, power, or similar). * Knowledge of **industrial instrumentation, control loops, calibration, and wiring**. * Experience in **contractor coordination** and field execution control. * Strong **multidisciplinary coordination skills**, effective communication, and incident resolution abilities. * Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera, MS Project) and technical document management.
