Description
This position focuses on the comprehensive management of administrative processes related to personnel. Key responsibilities include formal communication of employment contracts via the SEPE's CONTRAT@ application, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. It also covers processing employee registrations, deregistrations, and data modifications in the Social Security system—a critical process for accurate employee affiliation and contribution payments. Document management is another key aspect, involving drafting employment contracts and overseeing digital signature procedures using specialized platforms such as DocuSign. Additionally, the role requires managing Temporary Incapacities (IT) and Work-Related Accidents (AT), including recording and processing corresponding sick-leave and return-to-work notifications—whether due to common illness or occupational accident—ensuring appropriate follow-up. Another fundamental activity is the continuous updating of corporate information systems, specifically registering and feeding all hiring-related movements into the SAP system to maintain data integrity. Finally, the position involves employee support and assistance, addressing their queries and providing telephone guidance on various internal administrative procedures and formalities, thereby contributing to a positive employee experience.
This position offers an attractive fixed salary ranging from €21,500 to €22,000 gross annually. The working schedule is full-time and flexible, allowing arrival between 08:00 and 08:30 and departure between 17:30 and 18:00.
