We continue to grow and are looking for a professional to attract, develop, and consolidate our network of installation companies, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in every project. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Attract and certify new installation companies by region. Monitor execution of installations (photovoltaic, electric mobility, aerothermal, etc.). Coordinate with Operations/Installation/Safety teams and manage incidents. **KPI monitoring:** quality, timelines, productivity, incidents, and invoicing. Document review and support in validating invoices/penalties where applicable. Periodic on-site visits for monitoring and auditing. Conditions **Location:** Murcia **Work mode:** On-site **Contract type:** Permanent **Working hours:** Full-time (40 hours/week) **Approximate schedule:** 7:00–15:00 What are we looking for? **Minimum experience:** 2 years in installation/construction/supplier/industrial environments. Highly proactive profile with outstanding commercial skills, problem-solving ability, and strong capability to “manage collaborators”: attraction + relationship management + performance expectations. Knowledge of photovoltaics (electric mobility and aerothermal knowledge is a plus). Ability to interpret technical documentation (drawings, technical reports, single-line diagrams). Proficiency in management tools. Willingness to travel occasionally nationwide.
