Job Summary: We are seeking an electrical and electronic maintenance technician to diagnose and resolve failures in port machinery, ensuring its continuous operation in a demanding environment. Teamwork under rotating shifts, with safety as the top priority. We are looking for personnel to carry out electrical and electronic maintenance tasks on loading machinery within the port facilities of Santurtzi. The job involves diagnosing and resolving technical failures—such as control panel malfunctions or transmission issues—ensuring uninterrupted machinery operation at all times. Detailed records of each repair must be maintained to facilitate preventive tracking and ensure constant communication with operational teams. This position operates under the fifth-shift system, requiring adaptation to rotating shifts to guarantee continuous technical coverage. Work is carried out in demanding environments where safety is paramount, strictly adhering to current protocols with discipline. The ability to make rapid, autonomous decisions in response to urgent incidents is highly valued. This is a temporary contract. Education in electricity, electronics, or mechatronics is required. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification is mandatory. Prior experience of at least three years in industrial maintenance roles or heavy machinery environments is required. A valid Class B driving license is essential. Previous experience in port environments will be considered a strong asset.
