Their mission will be to manage vehicle arrivals at the workshop, schedule repair and maintenance jobs, and ensure smooth and professional communication throughout the entire repair or maintenance process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service * Appointment scheduling and planning * Opening and closing work orders * Communicating with customers during repairs * Administrative management * Internal coordination * Performing post-service follow-up Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €22,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
