Description

The position is located in the nighttime production area of a company operating in the logistics and transportation sector. Daily responsibilities focus on precision tasks within the electronic manufacturing process. The job involves handling, assembling, and mounting microcomponents onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). Manual soldering using tin-based solder is performed with pencil-type or soldering iron tools, requiring dexterity and careful touch-up of solder joints on electronic components. Additionally, visual inspection of manufactured PCBs is conducted to identify potential defects or imperfections. Support is provided to facilitate the production process on assembly lines, ensuring continuous and efficient workflow. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is a key responsibility, strictly adhering to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety regulations for electronic environments. The schedule is fixed and nocturnal. This role is part of a dynamic team where attention to detail and precision are essential for operational success. The work environment is designed to maximize productive efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Activities are carried out under supervision and following established procedures, ensuring consistency in final outcomes. Concentration capacity is essential for performing repetitive and meticulous tasks during the assigned shift. A collaborative work environment is encouraged, enabling staff to contribute directly to the production chain. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing processes. The night shift team is an integral part of the plant’s overall operations. The gross hourly wage is €15.87, including the night shift premium. Working hours consist of a fixed night shift from 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday depending on the roster. Immediate hiring is available, starting next Monday, 24\. The employment contract is temporary, with potential for extension. Previous experience in fine handling, assembly, or soldering of electronic boards is required. Manual dexterity, high visual acuity, and the ability to concentrate on detailed tasks are mandatory. Residency in Castellar del Vallès or nearby areas—or possession of a personal vehicle for nighttime commuting—is a necessary requirement. The minimum educational qualification required is Compulsory Secondary Education.
