Position Summary: Comprehensive assistance in dining area, bar, and cleaning to ensure efficient and coordinated service with the team, maintaining order and restocking supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service assistance and attention to their needs. 2. Active collaboration with the team for efficient service. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in work areas. Responsibilities * **Dining Room Preparation:** Set tables with cutlery, glassware, and linens, and arrange chairs and furniture. * **Service Assistance:** Transport dishes and trays from the kitchen to customers' tables, and serve beverages. * **Customer Attention:** Restock bread, water, and other items on tables as needed. * **Bar Support:** Assist in restocking beverages and preparing service items such as glasses or garnishes. * **Table Clearing and Cleaning:** Collect used dishes and cutlery and clean tables to prepare them for new customers. * **Maintaining Order:** Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, and uncluttered. * **Work Area Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness of utensils, glassware, and crockery. * **Team Coordination:** Collaborate closely with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure efficient service. * **Inventory Management:** Assist in restocking necessary supplies at service stations and the bar. * **Auxiliary Tasks:** Perform other support duties as required, such as assisting with special events or banquets.
