Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn diverse tasks and functions in a dynamic hotel. 2. Being part of a company that cares for its employees and customers. 3. Interaction with international guests and motorsports. **Job Description** Do you enjoy smiling? Meeting new people every day? Speed? Are you curious? Do you have a big heart and positive energy you’d like to share? We’re looking for someone who smiles most of the time, is fun, approachable, and above all eager to learn. Don’t be alarmed by the mention of speed—it’s not because you’ll be running marathons during work hours. Our hotel is located directly opposite the Circuit de Catalunya, so if you love motorsports, you’ll be privileged to meet almost all racing teams in person. We’d like you to join us as soon as possible—and it will only depend on you whether you secure the next vacancy opening up shortly. If you wish to join a company that cares for its employees just as much as it does for its customers, we look forward to your application! **Work Experience** Responsibilities: · Greet and inform guests about hotel features and various services, in person, online, and via telephone. · Welcome guests and care for them from arrival through departure. · Contribute to guests’ ongoing satisfaction by delivering high-quality services throughout their stay. · Help achieve the department’s quantitative goals through sales efforts. · Handle guest reservations via telephone or in person. · Review incidents from previous shifts related to check-in, hotel facilities, and potential guest situations and/or requirements. · Process guest check-outs. · Perform cash reconciliation at reception, verifying payments received for various invoices through different payment methods. · Serve guests at the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks. · Support the breakfast shift when needed, ensuring the buffet is fully stocked and well-presented. Requirements: We seek an empathetic individual with a welcoming spirit. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service to our guests and want your help maintaining—and even improving—it. If you’re also a great team player, we’re eager to welcome you aboard. We highly value versatility and adaptability. Here, you’ll learn many tasks and functions—and we’ll learn from you too. If you’re curious and creative, you won’t get bored working at our hotel :) Passion for Tourism—we value enthusiasm and willingness more than formal qualifications. Our clientele is largely international, so fluency in English—both spoken and written—is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
