Job Description Become part of the ba\&sh family: Shine in your professional career! As a Sales Advisor within a dynamic team, your role will be fundamental. You will report to the Store Manager and interact directly with our clientele. You will represent the Maison with the following key responsibilities: · In-depth knowledge of our history and brand codes · Familiarity with our collections’ offerings and styling · Customer loyalty through quality service and relevant advice · Growth of store sales volume and customer database · Promotion of the brand image On a daily basis, your tasks will include: · Providing personalized assistance to our customers · Ensuring proper store maintenance and visual merchandising · Managing stock replenishment · Monitoring performance indicators such as sales index, average transaction value, and conversion rate Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ba\&sh’s CSR policy at your store and act as its daily ambassador.
