We are currently seeking an **Industrial Cleaning Supervisor** to join our **Outsourcing** division, leading one of the services we manage for a major client in the meat industry located in Burgos. **What will your mission be?** Ensure the proper operation of the industrial cleaning service by coordinating work teams and guaranteeing compliance with established quality, productivity, and safety standards. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Coordinate and supervise industrial cleaning teams across different shifts. * Organize schedules, shift rosters, and operational resources. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and incidents. * Manage vacations, leave requests, and team coverage needs. * Resolve day-to-day operational and labor-related queries and incidents. * Prepare reports and monitor activity indicators. * Maintain smooth communication with the client and participate in follow-up meetings. * Collaborate with the Workers' Committee when required. * Promote continuous improvement and ensure achievement of service objectives. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract within Grup Montaner’s Outsourcing division (TQ Servicios). * Fixed annual gross salary between **€32,000 and €35,000**, negotiable based on experience and profile, plus a **variable bonus linked to service objectives and results**. * Standard working hours from **9:00 to 17:00**, with flexibility to conduct occasional monitoring across all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), depending on operational requirements.
