Job Summary: ABD is seeking a Sociolaboral Integration Technician for the MAIS Hospitalet Program to enhance the employability and sociolaboral inclusion of vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompaniment of individuals in situations of social and health vulnerability 2. Development of individualized work plans 3. Preparation and facilitation of group dynamics and teamwork **Description:** ---------------- At **ABD**, we specialize in supporting individuals facing social and health vulnerability, providing comprehensive intervention across areas such as exclusion, disability, gender-based violence, childhood and family, among others. We are currently recruiting a **Sociolaboral Integration Technician for the MAIS Hospitalet Program**, part of the Active Measures for Sociolaboral Integration (MAIS) initiative, whose objective is to improve the employability and sociolaboral inclusion of vulnerable individuals. The program combines training modules aimed at enhancing employability with personalized support for job searching. **What would be your main mission?** Competency and labor insertion diagnosis and planning. * Development of individualized work plans * Receiving job search requests and welcoming individuals undergoing job search processes who face barriers accessing the labor market. * Coordination with referring agencies and network partners (social services centers, internal services, specialized services within the social care network, etc.) * Preparation of candidate applications for job vacancies. * Preparation and facilitation of group dynamics and teamwork across various domains of competency development and improvement. * Referral to external services and internal services provided by the project itself. * Development and continuous improvement of registration procedures and tools. * Preparation of follow-up reports, indicator reporting, and participation in the annual report. * Continuous competency follow-up and assessment of service users. * Participation in forums for participation, collaboration, and reflection coordinated by ABD within the field of labor integration. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy * Experience as a career counselor in other labor orientation programs targeting individuals at risk of or experiencing social exclusion or facing difficulties accessing the labor market. * Experience using the SOC Program (Galileu) * Catalan language proficiency level C **What do we offer?** * Contract from 09/01/2026 to 04/30/2027 * Working hours: 38 hours/week * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM; plus two afternoons: 3:30 PM–6:30 PM * Salary: According to the Collective Agreement for Social Action Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy * Experience as a career counselor in other labor orientation programs targeting individuals at risk of or experiencing social exclusion or facing difficulties accessing the labor market. * Experience using the SOC Program (Galileu) * Catalan language proficiency level C
