A sector benchmark, it stands out for its commitment to sustainability and continuous R&D to develop solutions transforming the future of construction. ### **Responsibilities** * Planning, organizing, and supervising on-site construction work. * Organizing workspaces, storage areas, and site cleanliness. * Interpreting blueprints and laying out units. * Organizing and supervising work teams (industrial partners/suppliers). * Receiving and organizing materials, storage zones, and workshops. * Calculating material quantities and measurements for reporting to the Site Manager. * Ensuring compliance with the Safety Plan and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Managing material inventory, auxiliary equipment, and machinery. ### **Requirements** * **10 years’ experience as a SITE MANAGER** on luxury residential projects, from inception through project completion.
