We seek to integrate into our team: * A Sales Assistant on a **40-hour-per-week contract** (full-time). * A Sales Assistant on a **30-hour-per-week contract**. * Two Sales Assistants on **20-hour-per-week contracts** (part-time). * We want you to be Blue Banana’s visible face—representing our image and values while contributing to sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be their greatest ally: * Guiding customers throughout the entire purchasing process, conveying our values at every stage of the experience. * Maintaining the store’s appearance aligned with the brand’s values. * Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, order processing, and warehouse organization. #### **What will make you shine with us? Key skills and experience:** * Minimum 6 months’ prior experience as a Sales Assistant is valued positively. * Strong communication skills. * Passion for selling—including cross-selling and offering alternatives. Together with your colleagues, you’ll be key to achieving the store’s goals. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Knowledge of a second language is considered a plus. #### **What do you gain by joining us?
