A plastic manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost targets. They will also organize human and material resources, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and collaborate with other departments—including procurement, quality, and logistics—to optimize workflow. A permanent, full-time, on-site contract is offered. Candidates must hold at least a Higher Vocational Training Degree, possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and demonstrate effective communication skills in both Spanish and English. Competencies in quality control and process management, experience in team training and personnel development within industrial environments, and the ability to contribute to process improvement are required. Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and results orientation in dynamic environments are highly valued.
