At MarSenses we are looking for a Receptionist with a replacement contract for our hotel located in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca. Responsibilities * Carry out the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficient and friendly service. * Provide guests with clear and complete information about the hotel's services and facilities, actively conveying the company's values and service style. * Manage electronic correspondence, resolving inquiries, requests, or issues, as well as handling external portals where room reservations are managed. * Handle complaints, claims, or incidents with empathy and efficiency. * Assign rooms according to availability and guest preferences. * Promote and sell different types of rooms, advising guests based on their needs. What are we looking for? * Hospitality and tourism education preferred. Training in complaint management. Sales training (cross-selling and upselling). * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. * Intermediate level in Excel. * High proficiency in Spanish and English required. * German and/or French desirable. * Skills and competencies: customer service, planning and organization, teamwork, stress management, and conflict resolution.
