We are seeking two receptionists with strong adaptability and professional commitment to integrate into various clients located in Barcelona. Your primary mission will be to cover the reception for one of our most important clients in the insurance sector: Key Responsibilities: \- Manage access and accreditation of employees, suppliers, and visitors, maintaining continuous communication with the building’s security and reception team. \- Handle incoming packages and correspondence, ensuring proper delivery and preparation. \- Perform administrative tasks inherent to the position. * 1 year of experience required. Requirements: \- Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory. \- Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts (to be agreed upon during the interview). \- Experience in corporate reception or access control. \- Intermediate level of English and Catalan. \- Office software skills (Excel, Outlook, Word...) * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Medio) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (advanced spoken, advanced written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite \- Medium-level Vocational Training Program in Administration and Finance * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Additional information of interest: Salary according to collective agreement \+ language allowance 30 hours per week: Gross monthly salary ranging from €915.75 to €1,387. Working schedule and hours: \- 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM \- 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
