Your main mission will be to cover the reception for one of our most important clients in the insurance sector: Key Responsibilities: \- Manage entry and accreditation of employees, suppliers, and visitors, maintaining continuous communication with the building’s security and reception team. \- Handle incoming packages and correspondence, ensuring proper delivery and preparation. \- Perform administrative tasks inherent to the position. * Experience: 1 year.
