A university degree, bachelor’s degree, vocational training qualification, or professional certification is required. Fluency in English, French, or Italian is highly valued, as it facilitates communication with our guests. Main responsibilities include telephone, email, and in-person customer service, providing tourist information, and ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and personalized experience tailored to their needs. You will also handle check-in and check-out procedures. The contract is permanent.
