What will you do on a daily basis? * Welcome residents and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment. * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for common areas. * Handle inquiries, phone calls, and emails with a proactive and friendly attitude. * Resolve minor day-to-day incidents, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. * Support administrative and internal organizational tasks. Who are we looking for? * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles. * Night receptionist experience is mandatory. * High level of English (other languages are a plus—after all, you never know who might visit the residence). * Availability to work rotating and night shifts.
