The ideal candidate must have experience in hotel reception, fluent English skills, and availability to work night shifts. We value customer service, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service during the night shift. * Guest check-in and check-out. * Reservation management and telephone assistance. * Incident resolution and customer support. * Access control and supervision of the hotel's proper operation during the night. * Coordination with other departments in case of emergencies or guest needs.
