




Position Summary: Administrative coordination and public service, including call handling, meeting management, and supplier coordination, while maintaining order and supply control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Public service and management of visits, clients, and suppliers 2. Room organization, meeting coordination, and administrative support 3. Incident management and ordering from regular suppliers Responsibilities: * Public service (visits, clients, and suppliers). * Call and email management. * Room organization and meeting coordination. * Support in basic administrative tasks. * Mail and parcel management. * Supervision of access control and maintenance of order at reception and common areas. * Incident management with suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). * Placing orders (coffee and office supplies) and expense control. * Liaison with regular suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, courier services, coffee, office supplies, etc.). * Contact, incident, and service tracking management. Requirements: * Minimum 2 \- 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced level of English.
