We are a hotel group specialized in vacation tourism, headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, with presence in Spain’s most iconic destinations: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Costa del Sol, Costa Brava, Valencia, Costa de Almería, Cádiz, Costa de la Luz, Rías Baixas, Cantabria, Madrid, and Marrakech. Currently, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a Receptionist to ensure professional and friendly guest service, contributing to a memorable experience during their stay. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests, managing check-in, check-out, and reservations. * Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and activities. * Resolve guest issues, complaints, or requests. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper guest service. * Manage phone calls, emails, and online requests. * Complete daily departmental logs and reports. * Apply the hotel’s quality, safety, and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies:** * Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service within hotels or tourist accommodations. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic office software. * Good oral and written communication skills in English and German.
