




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to handle telephone calls, manage visitors, trucks, and meeting rooms, handle mail and courier services, and perform administrative tasks. We need a person to perform reception duties, including answering telephone calls, receiving and escorting visitors, managing truck entry and exit, supervising meeting rooms, handling mail and courier services, and placing orders with suppliers. Various administrative tasks will also be carried out. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 14:00 to 18:00. A valid driver's license and native or near-native Catalan language proficiency are required. Prior experience as a receptionist and residence near the area are desirable. This is a temporary part-time contract with a gross monthly salary of 558 euros for 16 weekly working hours.
