Job Summary: A person responsible for customer service and reception at a sports center, performing tasks such as access control, information provision, and administrative management. Currently, we are seeking a person to handle customer service/reception at our sports center \_ Sant Fost de Campsentelles. Customer service at reception Access control to the facility Information regarding services, opening hours, and regulations Incident management and support in complaints Basic administrative tasks (registrations, reservations, and collections) Coordination with the rest of the team * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience in customer service Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities Problem-solving capability and autonomy Responsibility and commitment to the job Ability to work as part of a team Basic knowledge of computer tools * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent Bachelor’s degree or Medium/Higher Vocational Training Cycle desirable Complementary training in: Customer service, Administration and management, Physical and sports activities * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Monthly gross salary ranging from '730' to '731' * Other relevant details: Immediate start Permanent contract, salary\_ 730,14€ gross monthly, intensive schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
