Basic administrative tasks The medical center requires a full-time Receptionist with customer service experience and basic administrative knowledge. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your daily responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, courteous and professional telephone support, in-person public assistance, and performing basic administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our facilities in Barcelona. * Experience: 4 months. Prior customer service experience and proficiency in office software are required for this position. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proactive; positive attitude toward learning; teamwork; tolerance; experience in reception duties and skills in telephone and in-person patient support; competence in administrative tasks and office software usage; excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Fluency in Catalan is desirable; additional languages such as English, and organizational skills for efficient workspace management are also valued.
