




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and organized receptionist to manage the office, coordinate with suppliers, and provide logistical support for meetings and events. Valuable experience in administrative tasks and order management We are looking for a receptionist with a high level of English proficiency for a company based in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily office management, including contact and coordination with suppliers, communication with facilities teams across different locations, and meeting room reservations. They will also provide logistical support for meetings, internal customer service, and assistance in preparing catering for internal events. A 3-month initial contract is offered, with the possibility of indefinite extension. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00. Experience in administrative tasks, invoicing, order management, and knowledge of SAP or Concur are highly valued. It is essential to be proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized.
