As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include: • Customer service at the front desk: check\-in, check\-out, and personalized assistance. • Administrative management of the department: billing and credit control; reservation management; daily closing procedures; customer communication via e\-mail. * 2 years’ experience. • 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles. * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE (FP DE GRADO MEDIO) * Competencies / Knowledge: • CFGS qualification in Hospitality and Tourism is highly valued. • Advanced level of English (mandatory). • French language skills are considered an asset (not mandatory). • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), such as Ulyses icloud, is desirable but not mandatory. Required competencies and skills: • Exceptional customer service and strong service orientation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Other requirements: • Strong communication skills. • Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: • Stable employment contract according to collective agreement. • Full-time schedule. • Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
