**Purpose and Impact of the Role**

The Receiving and Dispatch Clerk will perform activities aimed at optimizing resource utilization, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. We seek a professional who contributes to data management, reporting and analysis, shipments, customer interaction, commercial partnerships, and people, resource, budget, and project management.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------------
* Perform scheduling and dispatch tasks, planning and directing carrier or team activities.
* Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of regulatory compliance procedures.
* Perform administrative tasks supporting shipment execution, completing tasks using industry-standard procedures and providing support for key distribution center coordinator processes.
* Plan, manage, and review distribution center operations to achieve distribution center objectives and quality standards.
* Request, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing routine information entry.
* Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer service issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
* Validate loads for product dispatch at the distribution center and ensure routes depart on scheduled timelines.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
------------------
#### **Minimum**
* Completed high school diploma or equivalent secondary education credential.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in related positions or functions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
#### **Preferred**
* Experience using SAP.
* University studies in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
