Summary: Coordination of the social area and direct support, providing personal and vocational follow-up to users with disabilities and supervising their future planning. Highlights: 1. Organization working with people with disabilities. Coordination of the social area and direct support across various services. They are responsible for ensuring the personality balance of CET users. Their duties are as follows: \-Monitoring the user as an employee through adjustment between capacity and job requirements \-Monitoring the user as an individual \-Seeking user satisfaction across different areas of daily life \-Ensuring user future planning and development plans \-Providing family support \-Leading technical team meetings for the study, preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Individual Integration Plan (PII) \-Supervising PII implementation, as well as verifying its effectiveness and quality \-Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the Social Project through defined levels and content \-Collaborating with all center professionals to ensure comprehensive support for persons with disabilities \-Determining the hiring of new users at the center according to conditions agreed upon with the vocational supervisor \-Participating in external debate activities on topics affecting DIP workers \-Maintaining an up-to-date personnel file for people with disabilities * Minimum 1 year of experience.
