Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu supports people with mental disorders throughout their lives, across all domains, under all circumstances, and with the resources they need. To achieve this, the Mental Health Network of Parc Sanitari works integrally with various territorial agents—including healthcare, social, educational, and judicial entities—among others, aiming to provide comprehensive care across the entire life cycle. The community-based care model strives to empower service users and support their recovery, fostering work processes that enable their reconnection and integration into the community. CSMA El Prat is a service providing specialized outpatient care to individuals residing within its catchment area who present with mental disorders, their families, and assisting services requesting its collaboration—whether healthcare, social, judicial, or other community services. We currently require a full-time psychiatrist. **Your responsibilities will include:**  Completing clinical records comprehensively, as required, to ensure adequate quality of the documentary base (clinical courses, medical prescriptions, complementary examinations, diagnostic updates, coding, reports, etc.)  Providing specialized assistance in accordance with best clinical practices to guarantee appropriate quality of care  Conducting user assessments to compile psychiatric clinical histories  Developing Individual Therapeutic Plans and planning activities with the therapeutic team  Prescribing and monitoring pharmacological treatment  Actively participating in internal training programs and clinical sessions  Participating in teaching activities, especially with MIR and PIR trainees **Requirements:** ----------------- **What do we require?** * Degree in Medicine and Surgery with specialization in Psychiatry (via MIR or Specialty Title undergoing homologation) * Experience working in interdisciplinary teams * Knowledge of the Mental Health Network and Primary Care Network **The following will be highly valued:** * Experience in community-based care and/or with vulnerable populations * Experience in crisis intervention * Skills: Teamwork, initiative, organizational ability, adaptability/flexibility, and communication * Experience in research and teaching * English language proficiency
