Resolve internal incidents and customer complaints. ##### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily production, ensuring adherence to the established production plan. * Manage production incidents and coordinate actions with relevant departments. * Lead and support shift teams, ensuring effective communication and organization. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards. * Address and resolve internal incidents and customer complaints. * Analyze deviations and promote continuous improvement actions to prevent recurrence. * Supervise proper implementation of production procedures and training. ##### **Requirements** * Vocational training (Medium-level Degree) in industrial or metal-related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production environments; experience in the automotive sector and JIT manufacturing is highly valued. * Prior experience in team management. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Dynamic, resilient, and results-oriented profile. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Experience with forklift trucks and English language proficiency are desirable.
