The production operator position is carried out in a dynamic industrial environment focused on component manufacturing. The main responsibility is to provide comprehensive support for the factory's daily operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency of processes. Work is performed on counterweight production lines, where attention to detail and adherence to established procedures are essential to maintain quality standards. This role is critical to the functioning of the production cycle, directly involving the material transformation stages and final product attainment. The work environment is collaborative, requiring constant coordination with other team members to meet assigned production targets. The role involves adapting to various tasks according to line requirements, thereby contributing to the plant's operational flexibility. The position offers an opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of the sector's specific industrial processes, applying safe and efficient work practices. Task rotation helps sustain a continuous learning environment and develop a holistic understanding of the value chain within the production facility. Salary is determined according to the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, organized into rotating shifts covering the morning shift (06:00–14:00), the afternoon shift (14:00–22:00), and the night shift (22:00–06:00)\. A minimum of one year's prior experience as a production operator in an industrial setting is required. A valid forklift operator license and demonstrable experience operating this type of machinery for load handling are mandatory.
