The main task involves carefully demolding foam parts to avoid surface damage. Subsequently, a meticulous visual inspection is conducted to detect defects; if minor imperfections are found, they are corrected to meet quality standards. Other duties include assisting with material handling and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. This is a physically demanding and repetitive job in an industrial setting that requires concentration and attention to detail. Work is carried out on afternoon and night shifts, thus requiring availability. The company provides comprehensive initial training and a temporary contract, with the possibility of continuation after the probationary period. The team is cohesive, and the organization has extensive experience in this sector. At least one year of prior experience working in factory or industrial environments is required; experience in the chemical or automotive sectors is particularly valued. Strong manual dexterity and exceptional attention to detail for product inspection are essential. The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks throughout the workday is required.
