Position Summary: Coordination and tracking of international shipments, management of customs documentation and foreign trade operations, with a focus on supply chain efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in procurement and international logistics. 2. End-to-end management of customs and foreign trade (COMEX). 3. Accuracy in documentation and order control. This position is focused on the procurement and logistics area, based in Aranjuez. Main responsibilities include coordinating and tracking international shipments to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations. It also involves managing all documentation related to customs and foreign trade operations—a critical aspect for the flow of goods. A Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration or a related field is required, along with prior experience in administrative and logistics functions. A B2 level of English—particularly in reading and writing—is essential for communicating with international suppliers and handling documentation. Proficiency in SAP, advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience in international logistics, customs, and COMEX procedures are also required. The ideal candidate combines organizational skills with attention to detail, given the administrative and tracking nature of the tasks. The ability to manage multiple logistics operations simultaneously and resolve incidents is fundamental. In this environment, accuracy in documentation and order control is prioritized to ensure supply chain efficiency. A Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration or equivalent is required. Prior experience in administrative and logistics functions is necessary. A B2 level of English in reading and writing is mandatory. Essential knowledge includes SAP, advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), international logistics, customs, COMEX, and international shipments. Availability for travel within Madrid and possession of a personal vehicle are required.
