*We are seeking a physician through Grupo Mimara for our elderly care residence located in Vinaròs* *Weekly schedule of 10 hours per week.* *Schedule to be agreed upon with the center* *You will carry out the duties detailed below, as well as any other tasks requested that relate to your qualifications and professional competence:* * *Conduct medical examinations for new residents and complete the corresponding medical records and professional certifications, indicating the most suitable lifestyle, necessary rehabilitation, and required treatment if needed.* * *Attend to residents' healthcare needs. Perform medical exams, diagnoses, prescribe appropriate treatments in each case, and implement preventive, curative, and rehabilitative therapies based on clinical and functional diagnoses.* * *Inform family members about the resident's health status.* * *Lead the resident mobility and rehabilitation program, establishing individual and group programs in collaboration with the team.* * *Monitor and evaluate programs jointly with all involved personnel.* * *Provide assistance to on-site staff in cases of need or emergency.* * *As the highest-ranking medical authority, when the center cannot adequately treat residents, refer them to a hospital or healthcare facility.* * *Participate in the supervision and follow-up committee regarding residents’ healthcare and daily living needs, collaborating with management, social workers, psychologists, and other professionals, according to residents’ physical conditions, goals, and facility characteristics.* * *Plan and supervise residents’ meal plans and dietary regimens.* * *Supervise the work of healthcare staff.* * *Monitor the sanitary conditions of the facility’s premises.* Job type: Permanent contract Job type: Full-time, Temporary contract Work Location: On-site
