Responsibilities: * Receive alarm alerts at the Central Receiving Alarm (CRA) and assist customers in accordance with the Private Security Law. * Management and handling of intrusion and robbery alarms. * Preparation of reports and collaboration with FCSE. REQUIREMENTS \- Genuine interest and knowledge in Private Security * Dynamic individuals accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously (high attention and concentration capacity). * Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. * Customer service-oriented profile. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts. * Prior experience as a CRA Operator is desirable
