Description
At a senior residence in Sonseca (Toledo), the nursing assistant is part of an interdisciplinary team. Their role is to provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. They collaborate in implementing individualized care plans alongside nursing staff and other professionals.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, assisted feeding, and repositioning. They also participate in occupational and recreational activities, as well as dining services. Commitment, empathy, and a proactive attitude are required, along with observational skills and teamwork ability.
The contract is full-time with rotating shifts (7:50–15:00 or 14:50–22:00\) to cover a vacation period. A vocational training qualification (FP) in Auxiliary Nursing Care or equivalent is required. A disability certificate of 33% or higher and prior experience in the sector are valued.
Vocational Training (FP) qualification at intermediate level as Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care, Technician in Clinical Assistant, Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Socio-Healthcare Technician, or Professional Certification.
