Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for a senior residence in La Solana, Ciudad Real, responsible for comprehensive care, health supervision, and collaboration with the medical team, promoting residents' autonomy and quality of life. Responsibilities include comprehensive care: supervising health, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining clinical records, performing wound dressings and treatments, and collaborating with the medical team. The goal is to foster a safe environment that promotes autonomy and quality of life. The role requires adapting to geriatric needs, detecting changes, managing palliative care, and supporting daily activities. You will also participate in training nursing assistants and implementing hygiene and prevention protocols. Effective communication and empathy are essential. This position demands strong organizational skills and responsibility, with rotating 24-hour shifts. A vocation for service, professional ethics, and prior experience in senior residences or dependency care are highly valued. A university degree in Nursing completed in Spain or officially recognized for use in Spanish territory is required.
