Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and versatile environment. 2. Be part of a company that cares for its employees and customers. 3. International customer service and passion for tourism. **Job Description** Do you enjoy smiling? Meeting new people every day? Speed? Are you curious? Do you have a big heart and positive energy you’d like to share? We’re looking for someone who smiles most of the time, is fun, approachable, and above all eager to learn. Don’t be alarmed by the mention of “speed”—it doesn’t mean you’ll be running marathons during work hours. Our hotel is located directly opposite the Circuit de Catalunya, so if you love motorsports, you’ll be privileged to witness live interactions with nearly all racing teams at the circuit. We’d like you to join us as soon as possible—and whether you secure the next vacancy opening up shortly depends entirely on you. If you want to become part of a company that cares for its employees just as much as it does for its customers, we look forward to your application! **Work Experience** Responsibilities: · Greet and inform guests about hotel features and services—face-to-face, online, and via phone. · Welcome guests and attend to them from arrival through departure. · Contribute to guests’ ongoing satisfaction by delivering high-quality service throughout their stay. · Support departmental quantitative goals through sales efforts. · Process guest reservations via phone or in person. · Review incidents from previous shifts related to check-in, hotel facilities, and potential situations or guest requirements. · Process guest check-outs. · Perform daily front desk cash reconciliation, verifying payments received via various payment methods. · Serve guests at the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks. · Assist with breakfast service when needed, ensuring the buffet is fully restocked and attractively presented. Requirements: We seek an empathetic and welcoming individual. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service to our guests and wish to maintain—and even improve—this standard with your support. If you’re also a good team player, we’d love to welcome you aboard. We highly value versatility and multifunctionality. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn many different tasks and functions—and we’ll also learn from you. If you’re curious and creative, you won’t get bored working at our hotel :) Passion for Tourism—we value enthusiasm and willingness more than formal qualifications. Our clientele is largely international; therefore, strong spoken and written English proficiency is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
