Teamwork and coordination with production and quality departments are essential This position is located at a meat industry plant in Guissona, Lleida, operating in a controlled cold working environment. Main tasks include handling pork carcasses, following established protocols for loading, unloading, and preparation. The role also involves managing goods flow: moving products within the facility using electric pallet trucks, as well as receiving, sorting, and organizing product returns. This job requires continuous adaptation to low temperatures and meticulous attention to handling and storage procedures to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the logistics chain. Teamwork is essential to coordinate daily activities with other departments such as production and quality control. The work environment is dynamic and governed by strict food safety and hygiene regulations; therefore, a firm commitment to complying with these standards in all operations is required. A minimum of one year’s experience in similar roles within cargo handling, warehousing, the meat industry, or goods management is required. It is mandatory to be capable of working in a temperature-controlled environment between 0 and 8 degrees Celsius. Experience operating electric pallet trucks will be considered an advantage. Full availability for rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods is required. Residency in Guissona or nearby towns will be viewed favorably.
